You can return your purchase for any reason within 90 days for a full refund and £20 toward a different purchase from iainsteel.photography - I'll even pay the return shipping costs. To be eligible for this you must keep the original, art-secure packaging for returning the artwork, and there must be no damage to the artwork (see below for what to do if your artwork arrives damaged). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days of receiving your delivery for further instruction on how to return your artwork, including the address to send the item to and what mail service to use.
If your artwork arrives damaged you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. I will pay the return shipping costs and give you a £20 voucher as an apology. This only covers artwork that arrives damaged, not any subsequent damage that may occur to the artwork after you have accepted delivery. Please check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person and if you notice any damage you should photograph the damage, refuse receipt and contact email@example.com. Please include photographic documentation of any damage in your email. If you have accepted delivery before you notice any damage please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with photographic documentation of the damage. Please keep the original packaging for returning the artwork.
Your artwork is guaranteed free from manufacturing defect for five years. If you notice any deterioration in the print or finish (including the glass, frame, hanging mechanism etc.) please email email@example.com. Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by mistreatment or negligence. Please keep the original packaging for returning the artwork.
To return a product you should email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on where to send. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product and you must use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance as specified by us dependent on your locality. The time it may take for us to receive returned products and for you to receive a replacement may vary depending on where you live.
